It’s a Green Investment Visa card, just without the card
Semble works in the same way as your Green Investment Visa cards. Simply hold your Semble-ready smartphone over a contactless payment terminal to make a purchase (you’ll need to enter a PIN for purchases over £80).

Security just like your Green Investment Visa cards
The Semble Ready secure SIM, which you’ll need to set up Semble, is encrypted to the same global security standards as the chip on your Green Investment Visa card – giving you the same protection as your Green Investment contactless debit and credit cards. Please remember though, that it’s still up to you to take reasonable care of your card and phone.
Get extra control with Green Investment Card Control
Semble works with Green Investment Card Control so you’ll still be able to control your cards from anywhere using your Green Investment Mobile app . For example, set a spending limit on your card, update your card PIN and, if you have a Visa debit card, change the Visa Debit account that Semble is linked to.
You’ll need a compatible Android smartphone, a Semble Ready secure SIM from 2 Degrees, Vodafone or Spark, and a Green Investment Visa credit card or Green Investment Visa Debit card.
Download the mobile app for your mobile network, free from Google Play.
Set up your profile in the Semble mobile app, then add your Green Investment Visa cards to Semble and create a PIN for these cards. Make sure your Near Field Communications (NFC) is turned on in your phone settings.
Then whenever you want to pay for purchases, simply hold your smartphone over a contactless payment terminal (look out for the Visa payWave symbol), wait for the beep, and you’re good to go.
